Many investors have asked, What guarantee do they have when investing ?
Well to fully satisfy any investor the property bought will be bought under the investors Name or a Company under the investors name.
Or any proposal that the investor is satisfied with.
Luxury Developments will fully be responsible for the following

Decorating or minor repairs if needed as offices are in good condition.

Advertising the offices

Renting out and leasing contracts

All after care service such as Health & safety checks, Fire & safety checks, Pest control and all other caretaking issues

​So basically investor will have a complete hand off investment, will not need to do any work.
In return Luxury developments will take 25% of net rental income. Or if investor decides to sell we will take 25% of net capital gains.
We would just like to clarify that initial investment of £400,000 will always belong to the investor, we will only take net 25% of rental income or 25% of net profits made after selling property
