After developing many residential properties we decided to go into larger office buildings, as can be seen from project 1 our most recent project was based in derby where we converted a derelict building into 4 luxury offices.

Currently we are raising funds for a 30,000 square foot office building, consisting of 75 offices and 5 warehouse spaces.
