Basically the investor will have a complete hands off investment, all managing will be done by luxury developments Ltd.

In return we ask for a 33% or 50% (depending on exit method) share of net rental income and profits.

So basically the 4 million invested always belongs to the investor. Anything above that we will take a 33% share. Whether it is rental income or the investor decides to sell then it will be 33% of the capital gains. If exit strategy is refinance and we pay you your profits then we will need 50% profits Just want to clarify the initial 4 million will always belong to investor and we do not have any share in that
​After completion of apartments we believe the value of the whole complex will be around 8 Million. As apartments will bring in £250,000 and car park will bring in a further £150,000
