Basically the investor will have a complete hands off investment, all managing will be done by luxury developments Ltd.

In return we ask for a 50% share of net rental income and profits.

So basically the 3 million invested always belongs to the investor. Anything above that we will take a 50% share. Whether it is rental income or the investor decides to sell then it will be 50% of the capital gains.
